In this section of the book brian has landed inside a lake and is in pain but glad for life.He thinks about everything that could of been thought of.Which brought up a lot of questions.Like who was the blonde haired guy his mom was with? and why didnt they think of how he would feel if they seperated?But while in the middle of nowhere Brian is finding ways to survive.He's eating berry's for food and drinking water for fluids.He's using his memory and common sence to survive and maintain balance.
